About us

ICoRD’27 is the eleventh in a series of biennial conferences intended to bring together the international community from diverse areas of design practice, education, and research. This edition focuses on the theme 'Design of AI, Design by AI, Design with AI', exploring the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in design research and practice. The conference aims to showcase cutting-edge research, foster collaboration, and provide a platform for interaction among practitioners, researchers, students, and educators. It is hosted by the Department of Design and Manufacturing at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, a pioneer in design research in India.
