All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Full paper submission is required for publication and presentation; abstract-only submissions are accepted for oral presentation only. Papers should follow the IEEE conference template, range between 4 and 12 pages, and have a similarity index under 30%.
