About us

The 2026 TIEMS Hybrid Annual Conference and International Humanitarian Rescue Forum is a dynamic platform for innovation, dialogue, and action in global crisis and disaster management. It aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders to share expertise and catalyze innovative solutions in disaster risk management and resilience building. The event will be held concurrently with the 2026 Guangzhou International Emergency Safety Expo, offering access to over 1,200 exhibitors.

The conference invites submissions of completed or ongoing academic research (max 1000 words) and practitioner talks (200 to 500 words) describing real-world experiences, case studies, and lessons learned.
