About us

The 2026 Applied Urban Modelling (AUM) symposium (AUM2026) is the eleventh in a continuing series of symposia on applied urban simulation models. Since its inception in 2011, the AUM series has brought together delegates from a wide range of disciplines, universities, professional institutions, government agencies, international organizations, and civic groups from both developed and developing countries.

No paper submission is required for the pre-conference seminar. For the main AUM sessions, participants have a choice of two submission options: Podium presentation (an abstract of between 250-1000 words plus a 50-word headline summary) or Poster (an abstract of 250 words).
