Call for Papers Description

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers electronically in PDF format. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI indexing. Submissions must not be published or under submission elsewhere. Papers are limited to 8 pages (10 pages with over-length charge) following the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style.
