This one-day, in-person conference is dedicated to showcasing the pioneering work of IEEE Student Members enrolled in accredited U.S. institutions of higher education, and HKN students in worldwide institutions with an HKN Chapter. The conference is structured around paper presentation sessions, mentorship, and academic publishing support for students.

The conference invites undergraduate or graduate students in disciplines aligned with IEEE’s mission and scope to submit original research. Submissions follow a two-phase process: a 2-page extended abstract for mentorship assignment, followed by a 5–6-page full paper submission for peer review.
