CCF International Conference on Service Science (CCF ICSS) is an annual academic event initiated by IBM and directed by the Advisory and Steering Committee on Serviceology in China. It features academic, industrial, and cross-disciplinary topics related to service science, management, engineering, and technology. Accepted papers will be published in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series.

Call for Papers Description

The conference seeks original, unpublished research papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of service science, management, engineering, and technology. Submissions must be between 12-15 pages for a full paper and 6-11 pages for a short paper, following Springer's CCIS Formatting Guidelines.
