About us

The 2026 Intel Hardware Security Academic Award invites researchers to submit nominations for novel research that enhances hardware security. The program recognizes significant contributions to the hardware security ecosystem through a General Award for recent papers and a Test of Time Award for impactful research published at least 10 years ago.

Intel is pleased to share the 2026 Intel Hardware Security Academic Award guidelines and invite researchers to submit nominations by June 15th, 2026. Academic researchers are requested to submit a recently published paper that demonstrates novel research with a meaningful impact on the hardware security ecosystem, or a paper published at least 10 years ago for the Test of Time award.
