Tianjin University of Science and Technology

Tianjin University of Science and Technology (TUST) was founded in 1958 as one of the earliest four light industry universities by the Ministry of Light Industry. It is a key university in Tianjin jointly financed by the central and local government. TUST is the only university in Binhai Area that offers a whole range of degree programs from Bachelor’s degree programs to PhD programs, and it is listed in many Chinese elite university programs, such as National Program of Introducing Talents of Disciplines to Universities, MOE Premium Engineer Cultivation Program, Tianjin First-class University and First-class Discipline Project, etc
