The Screner Core Compute Engineering Conference (SCER) is a global, peer-reviewed technical forum focused on advancing the design, evaluation, and optimisation of modern compute systems. It features parallel in-person events in San Francisco and China, with live stream connectivity and remote access, combining academic paper presentations with a live implementation showcase.

Authors are invited to submit full research papers describing original work that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. Submissions require a maximum of 8 pages, double-anonymous, in a two-column, single-spaced format.
