About us

The 19th edition of the UCMMT conference, hosted by the University of Birmingham, the birthplace of cavity magnetron and travelling-wave tube. UCMMT aims to stimulate and strengthen scientific collaboration, knowledge and cultural exchange in the mm-wave and terahertz technology community, alternating annually between Europe and China.

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts in electronic (PDF) format only. All papers must be written in English and 3-4 pages including text, references, and figures. The submission template is available on the UCMMT 2026 website. All submissions are subject to peer reviews. Full papers accepted by and presented in UCMMT will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject to IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. One-page abstract could also be acceptable, but it will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
