About us
VFWA2026 is a symposium exploring the nature of free will and agency, particularly in the context of present or future AI agents. It aims to revisit traditional perspectives and explore fresh approaches that move beyond the post-Benjamin Libet stalemate, covering compatibilist, libertarian, hard-determinist, and hard-incompatibilist views. The event is part of the 2026 AISB convention.
