The 31st Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications is a major international event focused on signal processing, wireless communications, networking, and emerging technologies. After a peer-review process, accepted papers with proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for El Compendex indexing.
Papers should be in English, not exceeding six double-column double-spaced pages (at least 4 pages including text, references, tables and figures). Submissions must not be already published or under review elsewhere. At least one author must register and attend to present the paper. Abstract submission for oral/poster presentation is also available (not published).
